Politique de consultation

When considering substantive changes to its rules or policies, the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal and Board of Negotiation (Tribunal) will consult with persons or entities or groups of persons or entities whose interests would be affected by those changes, where in the opinion of the Tribunal chair, it would be appropriate to do so.

When consulting with persons or entities or groups of persons or entities on such matters, the Tribunal will do so in a manner that allows the Tribunal to receive feedback from those engaged.
